Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Nationally recognized provider of home health services Hospital & Health Care The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to spearhead the development and execution of a people-first strategy that aligns with the organization's growth and care initiatives. This executive will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for establishing and operationalizing the people strategy, and ensuring that human capital and total rewards are in line with business objectives. The CHRO will also be tasked with coaching and building a high-performance HR function, and must be adept at balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate for the CHRO role at the company is a dynamic and strategic HR leader with a hands-on approach, capable of fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and care. The role requires a leader with exceptional communication skills, the ability to engage at all levels, and a focus on leveraging technology to enhance HR productivity. The successful candidate will lead all HR operations, manage a team of HR leaders, and serve as a business partner to executives and field leaders. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing performance management systems, overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and leading HR communications and engagement strategies. The CHRO will also be involved in talent management, including building a proactive pipeline of talent to support the organization's needs, particularly in the context of M&A growth. Familiarity with the home health and hospice industry is strongly preferred, and the role demands a leader who is a change agent, capable of introducing best practices and innovative approaches to workforce management.
