Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate calendars for multiple executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails and communication on behalf of executives as appropriate.
  • Create, compile, and analyze reports; summarize data and identify trends to support strategic decisions.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
  • Oversee daily office operations including supply ordering and facility maintenance.
  • Organize and support internal events, meetings, and outings.
  • Provide administrative support to projects and presentations, including formatting documents, preparing agendas, and tracking deadlines.
  • Remain accessible after regular hours for time-sensitive or urgent matters.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and analyzing business reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, polished, and reliable with a high degree of discretion.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • Experience managing office operations or administrative teams is a plus.
