Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendars for multiple executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
- Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails and communication on behalf of executives as appropriate.
- Create, compile, and analyze reports; summarize data and identify trends to support strategic decisions.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
- Oversee daily office operations including supply ordering and facility maintenance.
- Organize and support internal events, meetings, and outings.
- Provide administrative support to projects and presentations, including formatting documents, preparing agendas, and tracking deadlines.
- Remain accessible after regular hours for time-sensitive or urgent matters.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience creating and analyzing business reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, polished, and reliable with a high degree of discretion.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Experience managing office operations or administrative teams is a plus.
