Overview
Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This is a Hybrid role that requires you to be onsite at least 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Organize and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and calls.
- Support meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
- Track and manage key projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Assist with expense reports, invoicing, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and off-site meetings.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience supporting C-suite executives.
- Event planning or coordination experience.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
