Salary and Benefits

Salary Range Commensurate W/Experience

$55k-$75k / year (plus, monthly profit share)

Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Manager, you work within a management team of 3-5 where everyone assists in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring effective operations and high food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Engaging in team member training and development
  • Reviewing financial information and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Motivating the team to provide excellent customer service in a chef-inspired and wine-centric environment
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and follow-up with new team members
  • Ensure all food and drink are consistently prepared and served according to recipe standards and quality standards
  • Filling in where needed to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain efficient operations
  • Participating in ordering and monitoring inventory, kitchen equipment, and cleanliness

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience in high volume, full-service environment
  • Must have a passion for hospitality
  • Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
  • Food Manager Certification
  • Hard working, outgoing, positive, and friendly
  • Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality or Culinary field is preferred
