Responsibilities

Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Workday’s Adaptive Planning product for various customers

Gather and understand customer business requirements, demonstrating core Workday concepts

Translate customer requirements into configured solutions and ensure detailed unit testing

Support customers during testing phases and resolve any issues under guidance

Undertake final deployment activities, including knowledge transfer and post-production support

Qualifications (What is Required)

2+ years of experience working with or implementing Adaptive Planning or a Tier 1 Planning software application

2+ years of consulting experience with a consulting/software company

Strong presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to learn technology quickly through various mediums

Willingness to travel as needed to client sites

Preferred Qualifications (How to Stand Out)

4+ years of experience working with or implementing Adaptive Planning or a Tier 1 Planning software application

Knowledge of Workday Financials or HCM as an implementer or user

Business analysis and requirements gathering skills

A problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Resourceful and adaptable, comfortable working remotely
