Responsibilities
Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Workday’s Adaptive Planning product for various customers
Gather and analyze customer business requirements, demonstrating core Workday concepts
Translate customer requirements into configured solutions and conduct detailed unit testing
Assist customers during testing phases, addressing and resolving issues under guidance
Undertake final deployment activities, including knowledge transfer and post-production support
Qualifications
2+ years of experience with or implementing Adaptive Planning or similar Tier 1 Planning software applications
2+ years of consulting experience with a consulting or software company
Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities
Ability to travel as needed to client sites
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of experience with or implementing Adaptive Planning or similar Tier 1 Planning software applications
Knowledge of Workday Financials or HCM as an implementer or user
Proven problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Resourceful and adaptable, comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy
Ability and desire to quickly learn technology through various mediums
