Senior Director, Product Management - Product Operations. Lead Strategic Product Operations Lead the development and adoption of Propel, our internal product management tool. Drive roadmap alignment across product teams, ensuring visibility and prioritization of initiatives. Own product management frameworks and outcome tracking to measure product impact. Partner with Finance and Strategy teams to manage AOP, budgeting, and resource planning. Serve as Chief of Staff to the CPO Provide strategic support and counsel to the Chief Product Officer. Facilitate executive communications, decision-making, and cross-functional alignment. Lead special initiatives and drive execution of high-impact programs. Spearhead Program Management & Talent Development Oversee recruiting and onboarding for early career talent across the Product org. Partner with Talent Acquisition and University Relations to build a strong pipeline. Champion mentorship, development, and succession planning. Champion Culture & Leadership Foster a culture of servant leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 13+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or strategy roles. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and product analytics. Deep understanding of product development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and MVP strategies. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational design. Passion for developing talent and building inclusive teams. Preferred Skills Experience with internal product platforms or tools (e.g., Propel). Familiarity with LOE estimation, roadmap tooling, and outcome measurement frameworks. Background in recruiting or program management for early career talent. Ability to influence at all levels and drive consensus in complex environments. Strong domain knowledge in retail, membership, or digital product ecosystems. Benefits & Additional Information
