The value you’ll bring to the team The Leadership Development Partner implements Leadership Development initiatives which seek to enhance the professional growth of all AdventHealth employees. Interfaces with all levels of leadership and Learning, Leadership and Talent Development partners to develop and deliver learning solutions that align with organizational and department goals. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The role you’ll contribute

Prepares and delivers facilitation of leadership development programming and experiential development plans.

Educates and assists leaders and employees with individual development activities, including providing information on tools and resources available within AH to assist them with their individual growth and development. Administers assessment instruments approved by the Leadership Development Sr Partners and Leadership team.

Supports coaching practice by participating in coaching engagements with various leadership levels and emerging talent.

Manages a system to keep all talent information organized and easily accessible.

Manages data interfaces required with other functions, e.g., HR Operations, OECLI teams.

Tracks learning metrics and provides reporting to team and other internal client groups, recommends improvements.

Performs other duties as assigned in the advancement of the department’s goals.

Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Masters degree in relevant discipline such as Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Leadership, Training and Development, or related field OR

Bachelor's degree and ten years of progressive experience in organizational development, talent management or related field (five of ten years in instructional design, facilitating and public speaking)

Five years of experience in instructional design, facilitating and public speaking

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

Certified in at least one professional certification such as Organizational Development, Culture, Change Management, Organizational Leadership, Organization Design, Leadership Development, OR

Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM-SCP, or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) through the Association for Talent Development (ATD)

Certified in at least one recognized assessment tool such as Myers-Briggs, DiSC, social styles, or another leadership/team assessment Upon Hire
