Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within the Target account. Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to ensure strong client partnerships. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion. Collaborate with internal teams to align on product offerings and promotional strategies. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction. Lead and mentor a team to achieve collective sales targets and personal development goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Sales Manager - Target should have:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the Life Science industry. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics software. A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. What's on Offer
