Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert on the employer's platform and provide trusted advice to customers and internal teams

Collaborate with Sales to identify customer needs and opportunities through in-depth discovery

Qualify opportunities by examining customer business processes and identifying risks

Conduct product demonstrations that emphasize the business value of the employer's offerings

Communicate customer requirements effectively to onboarding and implementation teams

Qualifications

Prior experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer use cases into scalable solutions

Excellent presentation skills for delivering engaging demonstrations to diverse stakeholders

Inquisitive nature with the ability to ask insightful questions that uncover pain points

Proven ability to build industry credibility through continuous learning of sales trends and technology

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sales enablement technology or related fields

Familiarity with various sales processes and tools

A track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams

Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
