Job Description
Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with firm objectives. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions for improvement. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a welcoming and inclusive workplace. Advise on compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain employees in a competitive market. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, addressing HR-related queries and concerns. The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:
Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partnering role within a law firm (required). Bachelors degree (required). Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. Ability to build strong relationships with employees and leadership at all levels. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive approach to addressing organizational and employee needs. Ability to work onsite in NYC 3 days a week. What's on Offer
