San Francisco, CA | Hybrid (3 days onsite per week, 2 days remote work) Pay:
$22.84-$27.92/hr Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday 8AM-5PM (occasional weekends)
The Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Bilingual Case Manager
to join our Programs Department. Reporting to the Director of Social Services, you’ll play a vital role in supporting immigrant families, empowering domestic violence survivors, and connecting clients with the resources they need to heal and thrive. You’ll also be a community advocate, engaging in outreach, education, and awareness-building around domestic violence prevention.
Key Responsibilities
Provide case management to connect clients with resources and services
Conduct client intake and needs assessments
Facilitate and lead support groups in Cantonese
Engage in community outreach and education on domestic violence prevention
Build and maintain partnerships with other community service providers
Complete administrative tasks, reporting, and presentations
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual proficiency in Cantonese and English (required); Mandarin is a plus!
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Sociology, or related field
(Associate degree + relevant experience may be considered)
Minimum 2 years’ experience working with immigrant families and communities
Experience supporting women and/or children impacted by domestic violence
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer tools
Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
