Responsibilities
Lead and execute strategies that ensure organizational culture is consistently aligned with AdventHealth's mission, vision, values and service standards.
Lead the sustainment and overall alignment of Org Development and Effectiveness, Learning and Leadership Development, Engagement: Culture and Wellness, and Talent Planning across AdventHealth Central Florida Division South.
Create and sustain a culture of high engagement and belonging that starts on day one, positively impacts team member retention and delivers on the Team Member Promise.
Actively participate in outstanding customer service and maintain respectful relationships with all stakeholders.
Develop and lead all strategic planning efforts and program execution across Org Development and Effectiveness, Learning and Leadership Development, Engagement: Culture and Wellness, and Talent Planning across AdventHealth Central Florida Division South.
Be accountable for hiring, development, and performance management of the team.
Lead a team focused on executing a system-wide learning and talent development strategy, fostering growth and development for all levels with a focus on future role readiness.
Drive talent development, technology and organizational strategies to help achieve business goals, applying integrative thinking and consultative support to the business.
Work directly with Senior Executives to ensure alignment of processes; partner with corporate leadership development, hospital campuses, business entities, and system functions for continuous improvement and targeted development planning.
Oversee leadership development programming and experiential development plans; provide coaching and mentoring to leaders as needed.
Qualifications The expertise and experience you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business Management, or related field
7+ years leadership experience
10+ years relevant working experience, including Healthcare and Human Resources
PHR or SHRM-CP
SPHR or SHRM-SCP
Organizational Development, Culture, Change Management, Organizational Leadership, Organization Design Upon Hire
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business Management, or related field
Leadership or professional development certifications (Human Capital Institute or Association for Talent Development Coaching Certificate, Six Sigma, Project Management) Upon Hire
