Overview

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract with a client in San Antonio, TX. This role involves analyzing complex business and technical processes within the Property & Casualty insurance domain, with a focus on Guidewire Policy Center and Claims Center.

Compensation

Rate Range: $49/hour to $64/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business and technical processes within the Property & Casualty insurance domain, focusing on Policy and Claims systems.
• Conduct research and generate insights to support transformational change and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate across teams to drive process analysis, quality management, and system improvements.
• Define and validate solutions aligned with enterprise strategies and stakeholder requirements.
• Provide guidance and maintain consistency across practices and disciplines, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, preferably within the Property & Casualty insurance domain.
• Strong knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center and Claims Center, including insurance rating, policy coverages, and endorsements.
• Proven ability to analyze complex systems and processes, conduct research, and deliver actionable insights aligned with enterprise strategies.

Pay Details

Pay Details: $49.00 to $64.00 per hour
