Summary
You will serve as an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) in the Network and Cyber Security Branch of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV.

Duties
- You will participate in all facets of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process for systems assigned.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day security posture and continuous monitoring of information systems and ensuring information system security measures comply with applicable government policies.
- You will lead the execution of the Cybersecurity Campaign Plans to make Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) enclaves and systems continuously “cybersecurity inspection-ready.”
- You will provide cybersecurity technical evaluation of security risks, threats and vulnerabilities of networks, systems, applications and new technology initiatives.
- You will provide support in the security-based planning, implementation, and sustainment of new requirements.
- You will provide informed program-related advice, information, and guidance regarding current and future information systems concepts, doctrine, methods, practices, operations, and technologies.

- May require travel to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience. Specialized experience must demonstrate:
- Applying IT security principles to monitor and evaluate systems’ compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
