Title: Project Controls Analyst/Engineer Basic function:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controls and Scheduling Analyst/Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical support to our projects by developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules, as well as monitoring and reporting on project performance. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project — define activities, work breakdown structures, predecessors, successors, resources, and baselines. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure schedules are accurate, realistic, and aligned with project objectives. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and recommend mitigation strategies as necessary. Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop contingency plans to address potential risks. Prepare and present regular project status reports, including schedule updates, variance analyses, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist in the development and management of project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes. Participate in project meetings and provide expert advice on scheduling and project controls best practices. Continuously improve project controls processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls and scheduling in the solar or utility space. Strong proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detailed understanding of project management principles and best practices. Experience with earned value management (EVM) and cost control techniques. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications

Professional certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP). Experience with large-scale solar projects, including utility-scale and commercial installations. Deep knowledge of solar industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes. Location & Compensation

Location: Redwood City, San Diego, CA; or Denver, CO preferred. Hybrid. Base pay: 110,000-170,000 Notes: The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks—while ensuring internal parity across our team.
