Job Summary

The Marketing team at Rivia Mind is a creative, mission-driven group focused on connecting individuals with trusted mental health care. We drive awareness, engagement, and growth through cohesive strategic communication, thoughtful design, and cross-functional collaboration. The Marketing Specialist will support day-to-day execution across multiple marketing functions, including social media, content creation, preparation for external events (e.g., conferences), and reporting. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a growing, mission-driven mental health practice. Content & Campaign Execution (30%): Coordinate social media content, blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns; support content development and directory updates as needed. Multi-Channel Campaign Planning & Coordination (20%): Contribute to planning and creative briefs; execute campaign strategy across digital and offline channels. Analytics, Reporting, Market Research & Competitive Insights (20%): Track campaign performance, website analytics, KPIs; support messaging and targeting. Events & Community Engagement (15%): Logistics and marketing support for conferences, webinars, partner events, etc. Ad Hoc Projects / Cross-Functional Collaboration (15%): Marketing ops ad-hoc assignments; support cross-team materials, partnerships, and workflow improvements; coordinate task management and ensure deadlines; facilitate creative briefs and maintain brand standards; manage social media and publish monthly newsletters; collaborate with Content Writer and design basic assets; tailor content to audience segments (patients, providers, universities, internal staff); support outreach and conferences; maintain provider directories and website accuracy; promote a collaborative, well-being focused culture. Qualifications

Education in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or similar (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years in marketing/communications/content roles (healthcare, wellness, or mission-driven organizations a plus) Not entry-level: demonstrated strategic thinking and multi-channel execution Fully remote work experience with strong self-discipline Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Understanding of audience segmentation and ability to tailor messaging Experience managing marketing campaigns independently Proficiency with social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Sprout Social) Basic graphic design ability (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar) Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities; collaborative and curious Passion for mental health and inclusive communication Familiarity with CRMs and email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce, Monday.com) is a plus Analytical mindset to track and report performance Benefits

Pay Range: $65,000 – $73,000 annually. Pay Type: Salary. Department: Marketing. Supervisor: Director of Marketing. Work Environment: Remote. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, various start times (EST).
