Responsibilities What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Identify and develop potential new customers within the defined OEM market segment to achieve new business sales

Engage with existing customers to maximize sales and organic growth within the defined market segments

Lead development projects by coordinating with prospects, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion

Negotiate contracts and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers

Analyze and report on key sales data and forecast future expectations for the region

Qualifications What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor\'s degree in Business or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Electromechanical)

Bilingual in Spanish and English

10+ years of experience in sales and business development of Industrial Automation products/Sensors to OEMs

Significant experience in sales of technical products

Strong business and finance background with knowledge of the commercial sales process

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience negotiating multi-year contracts with large, global OEMs

Excellent communication and presentation skills
