Implement short- and long-range plans to maximize market potential and sales volume Identify and develop potential new customers within the defined OEM market segment Engage proactively with existing customers to maximize sales and organic growth Lead new development projects by coordinating with R&D, Engineering, and QA teams Negotiate contracts and establish profitable relationships with key decision-makers What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Electromechanical Engineering Bilingual in Spanish and English Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development of Industrial Automation products/Sensors Significant experience in selling technical products to OEMs Strong business and finance background with knowledge of sales transactional processes How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
