Responsibilities
Implement short- and long-range plans to maximize market potential and sales volume at existing and new accounts
Identify and develop potential new customers within the defined OEM market segment and region
Engage with existing customers to maximize sales and organic growth
Lead new development projects by coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure timely completion
Negotiate contracts and establish profitable customer relationships with key decision-makers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Electromechanical)
Bilingual in Spanish and English
10+ years of experience in sales and business development of Industrial Automation products/Sensors to OEMs
Significant experience in sales of technical products
Strong business and finance background with knowledge of commercial transactional processes involved in sales
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience negotiating multi-year contracts with large, global OEMs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
