Drive the M&A process, including target valuation, due diligence, and deal negotiations
Partner with business leaders to evaluate opportunities and support post-acquisition integration efforts
What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or business development within a high-growth technology company
Excellent valuation and analytical skills, along with creativity in problem solving
Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with detailed analytical problem-solving
Exceptional attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity in flexible work environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a high-growth technology company with a focus on life insurance or financial services
Established network of industry contacts in venture capital and investment banking
Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and M&A transactions
