Collaborate with hiring managers to define and execute full-cycle recruitment plans Build and maintain strategic partnerships with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals Conduct initial candidate screens and manage expectations for a positive experience Lead creative sourcing initiatives to build active talent pipelines for current and future roles Maintain recruitment operations and data integrity through the applicant tracking system (ATS) What is Required (Qualifications)
2-4 years of full-cycle technical and non-technical recruiting experience Experience managing a requisition load of 10-15 roles simultaneously Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to identify challenges proactively and course-correct searches as needed Understanding of recruitment metrics and the talent landscape to support informed decision-making How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
