For our Seasonal Ambassadors, it’s not just about selling soap – it’s about making a positive impact on the world, one bar at a time. Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Experience:
Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and actively contribute to the store’s overall sales. Customer Experience:
Deliver a world-class experience to every customer. Listen to identify needs, demonstrate product benefits, and seek opportunities to make customers day. Building the Brand:
Educate customers on brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to bring in traffic and inspire others. Product Passion:
Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on ingredients and benefits to confidently recommend products for diverse customer needs. Team Involvement
Development:
Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and increase sales. Seek feedback and opportunities to improve skills and performance. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB):
Encourage open communication, listen to team perspectives, foster belonging, promote teamwork, and recognize each employee's contributions. Operational Excellence
Time and Attendance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Stock and Inventory:
Use Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust displays based on sales. Policies and Procedures:
Follow opening/closing procedures, product integrity standards, respectful workplace, and health and safety policies. Qualifications
Required:
Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred:
