Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our accounting processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support our real estate operations.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations
- Conduct regular audits and assist with external audits
- Provide financial analysis and support to real estate projects
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- CPA certification is a plus
