Our Sarasota law firm is seeking a highly professional and organized Executive Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. This is a key role where you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients while providing essential, high-level support to our managing partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming calls and greet clients and visitors with a professional, warm demeanor.
- Serve as the Executive Assistant to the managing partner , handling a wide range of administrative duties.
- Assist with opening new client files and maintaining records.
- Manage a legal calendar, including scheduling and calendaring all appointments.
- Perform word processing and other general administrative duties as needed.
What We're Looking For:
