Our Sarasota law firm is seeking a highly professional and organized Executive Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. This is a key role where you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients while providing essential, high-level support to our managing partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming calls and greet clients and visitors with a professional, warm demeanor.
  • Serve as the Executive Assistant to the managing partner , handling a wide range of administrative duties.
  • Assist with opening new client files and maintaining records.
  • Manage a legal calendar, including scheduling and calendaring all appointments.
  • Perform word processing and other general administrative duties as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • ** Law firm experience is preferred , but we are open to candidates with a strong executive administrative background.**
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
