Chief Operating Officer (COO)
to help lead its next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role for an experienced hospital executive who thrives and excels in operations, strategy, and building for the future. About the Role
As Chief Operating Officer, you’ll partner with a transparent, collaborative CEO to: Manage and lead daily hospital operations across multiple departments. Lead a major new hospital tower expansion, including expanded ED capacity, surgical and endoscopy space, and future growth areas. Drive preparation for EPIC EHR implementation (go-live 2028). Maintain financial discipline while fostering a visible, approachable leadership presence with staff, physicians, and the community. Qualifications
Master’s degree required (MBA, MHA or MPH) 2+ years as CEO, COO, or CNO in a similar-sized acute care hospital. Not-for-profit acute care hospital experience preferred. Must have proven success in operations, experience with large scale construction projects, and physician/community relations.
