LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned Compensation Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation strategy and operations. This role will be responsible for evaluating current compensation structures, conducting market benchmarking, designing incentive programs, and advising on total rewards strategies that align with business goals and talent retention.
Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate existing compensation frameworks to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with organizational goals
Conduct salary benchmarking using industry data and peer group comparisons to inform compensation decisions and maintain market competitiveness
Develop and refine short- and long-term incentive plans, including bonus structures, equity programs, and performance-based rewards
Ensure compensation practices comply with local, national, and international labor laws and internal governance standards
Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and senior leadership to provide strategic guidance on compensation-related matters
Leverage compensation analytics to identify trends, forecast budget impacts, and support workforce planning initiatives
Maintain accurate records of compensation plans, benchmarking reports, and policy updates. Prepare materials for executive review and board presentations as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR consulting
Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and incentive design
Proficiency in compensation tools and platforms (e.g., Mercer, Radford, PayScale)
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a global or multi-site organization is a plus
