The temporary Compensation Analyst will support the HR / Total Rewards team in maintaining and enhancing compensation programs. The role involves data analysis, benchmarking, job evaluations, salary structure maintenance, and ensuring pay equity. The analyst will assist with variable pay programs, job description updates, and providing data-driven recommendations to management. Key Responsibilities Conduct market benchmarking and salary survey analyses to understand competitive pay practices

Assist with job evaluation and job architecture, ensuring job descriptions are up-to-date and aligned

Maintain and help refine salary structures, pay grades, compensation bands

Analyze internal pay equity and identify disparities

Assist with variable pay calculation and administration (bonuses, commissions, spot awards, etc.)

Partner with HR business partners / managers to support compensation inquiries and decision making

Prepare reports and dashboards (e.g. internal equity, pay trend, comp budget)

Ensure compliance with compensation policies, relevant laws, and best practices

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; or equivalent experience

2+ years of relevant experience in compensation, HR analytics, or total rewards

Strong analytical skills, comfort with data (Excel, HRIS, compensation survey tools)

Good communication skills; ability to translate data insights into business recommendations

Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive / confidential compensation information

Pay: $38 - $48 per hour depending on experience

Pay Details:

$38.00 to $48.00 per hour
