The Role

MHP – A Porsche Company is seeking an organized and driven Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, driving the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll identify, attract, and engage top talent by leveraging your sourcing expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills.

You will evaluate applicants’ experience, education, and skillsets to ensure alignment with business needs, while providing market insights and guidance on hiring decisions. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by networking through industry contacts, online platforms, associations, and employee referrals.
  • Leverage recruiting metrics to align with business direction, report progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives to enhance candidate experience, employer branding (including social media), and hiring manager enablement (e.g., interview toolkits, process guides).
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment for immediate hiring needs while proactively developing pipelines for future roles; particularly for hard-to-fill positions while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Evaluate and optimize recruiting tools, systems, and processes to enable a scalable, paperless recruiting model.
  • Manage all stages of the sourcing process, ensuring delivery of qualified, diverse candidates aligned with business requirements and culture.
  • Use social media, resume databases, and job boards to source and engage high-quality talent.
  • Represent MHP at university career fairs, conferences, and external events (occasional travel required).

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

  • 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally within a corporate environment
  • Experience in consulting recruitment is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of IT, Manufacturing, and Emerging Technology/Software sectors, including awareness of new trends and innovations
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of compensation principles, market benchmarking, and offer negotiation strategies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse departments or business units
  • Familiarity with HR policies, employment laws, and best practices

Skills:

  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate business needs within the automotive and technology industries
  • Strong match-making capability while aligning candidate profiles to role requirements and company culture
  • Sound understanding of compensation concepts and negotiation dynamics
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills across all levels
  • Influential and collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies

Role Details

This is a hybrid role that will require being onsite in our Atlantic Station Office in Atlanta, GA office location 2-3 days per week.

Percentage of travel required: up to 5%

Physical requirements

  • This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.

Eligibility and Benefits

Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with MHP Americas, Inc. (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), or any other non-immigrant status).

The salary range for this role is $75,000- $95,000. However, it is important to note that at MHP, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. MHP reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
