Overview

Must Have at least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility. You will not be considered for the position if you do not meet the experience.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young children. This role involves educating and providing excellent care for our two-year-old toddlers. Implementing curriculum, and engaging students in meaningful learning experiences. The Teacher will play a crucial role in the development of each child's social, emotional, and academic skills.

Duties

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote child development in areas such as physical education, math, and language skills
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through positive interactions and guidance
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and communicate with parents or guardians regularly
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning
• Ensure the well-being and welfare of all children in your care

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of childcare experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each child
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check
