Location: Dimondale, MI (Hybrid: 2 5 days onsite/week, starting Day 1)

Expertise in Agile/Hybrid environments (Scrum, Kanban) with familiarity in Waterfall SDLC. Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align goals and ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical constraints by leading discussions with developers, architects, and project managers.
• Partner with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure software delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze raw project data, extract insights, and drive informed decision-making.
• Evaluate whether to build, buy, or modernize solutions based on business needs and technical feasibility.
• Lead modernization efforts for legacy systems, integrations, and new application builds.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts, sharing best practices and supporting their professional growth.
