Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) - Manager - Tech Consulting - Location Open

EY is seeking a Manager in Solution Architecture to bridge the gap between complex business problems and innovative technical solutions. The role involves managing client engagement teams, delivering professional services, and managing business development activities. The ideal candidate will have a robust set of technical and business skills, including proficiency in fostering relationships with client personnel, consistently delivering quality client services, and driving high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Key Responsibilities:

Developing solutions to complex problems and recommending policy changes. Establishing procedures that affect the immediate work area and possibly the broader business function. Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Skills And Attributes For Success:

Communicating With Impact. To qualify for the role, you must have:

A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree). Typically, no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience. A minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in the following focus areas: master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting. Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Tagetik). A strong working knowledge and point of view on the evolving concepts and practices for EPM. Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions - strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Our candidates have a variety of backgrounds, including financial analyst and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) support, Systems Admins for EPM solutions, Long Range, strategic, and capital planner, Implementation consultant. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. A willingness to travel to meet client needs. Ideally, you’ll also have:

Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT preferred.
