We’re looking for a Visionary Tech Co-founder (CTO) to Build and Scale an AI-Powered Enterprise Software Startup. This is a hands-on leadership role to shape the technology stack, build an engineering team, and define the future of our enterprise software solutions. Base pay range

$1,000.00/yr - $1,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities

Architecting; Leading Technical Vision: Define, develop, and implement the company\'s end-to-end technology roadmap and architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for our enterprise software. Building; Mentoring a High-Performing Tech Team: Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence. Driving AI; Data Science Innovation (with a focus on Agents): Oversee data lifecycle, data pipelines, model design, training, deployment; hands-on leadership in the design and deployment of AI agents and multi-agent systems; leverage analytics and visualization to extract insights. Hands-On Full-Stack Development & Deployment: Lead in collaboration to design, develop, and deploy core software features and AI models; work with agent-based systems; cover UI and server-side logic. Product Strategy; Execution: Collaborate with CEO and stakeholders on product strategy, ideation, prototyping, and user testing. Client Engagement; Technical Partnerships: Act as technical liaison for clients, present solutions, evaluate partnerships. Staying Ahead of the Curve: Research and integrate emerging technologies and best practices into development. What You\'ll Bring

Advanced Technical Degree: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, or related field. Extensive Hands-On Development Expertise: Experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable ML models and data-intensive apps in production. Mastery of AI Agent Systems: Proficiency in multi-agent systems and intelligent agents, including architecture and deployment challenges. Technical Leadership; Team Building: Experience leading and scaling engineering/data science teams, startup experience preferred. Robust Data Science; ML Engineering Skills: Data collection, ETL, feature engineering, model selection, tuning, deployment/monitoring; MLOps familiarity a plus. API; System Integration Expertise: RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations. Exceptional Problem-Solving; Analytical Acumen: Ability to solve complex technical challenges with data-driven decisions. Outstanding Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences including clients/investors. Entrepreneurial Drive: Self-starter with bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity, able to manage multiple projects; positive attitude. Salary And Benefits

The co-founder will receive EQUITY compensation of 10% and a salary after securing funding from investors. The position is full-time and remote-based but will transition to a hybrid model in the near future. Please note: This is a co-founder role in a fast-paced startup environment. It demands significant dedication and may require working outside traditional hours, including weekends during critical phases.
