Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr This range is provided by Big4Advisor. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. About the Role

The Director of Finance will serve as the top financial leader of the organization, overseeing accounting, finance, human resources, IT, and the business office. This role is responsible for tracking, reporting, and ensuring compliance for all financial activities, as well as leading office services. With three direct reports, the Director of Finance plays a key role in supporting leadership, advising the Board, and ensuring the organization’s fiscal health and operational excellence. Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards, policies, and procedures Manage timely monthly and annual closings, cash flow, and banking relationships Oversee investments and monitor performance Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for leadership and the Board Support annual external audits by providing required documentation Review and advise on insurance needs and risk management strategies Oversee information technology planning, purchases, and vendor relationships Lead human resources functions, including payroll, compliance, and employee relations Support hiring, onboarding, and terminations, including conducting exit interviews Maintain contracts, policies, and nonprofit compliance documentation Serve on the President’s Team, Finance Committee, and Board of Advisors Provide supervision and mentorship to three direct reports Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline MBA or CPA strongly preferred Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with supervisory responsibilities Proficiency in preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in database management, spreadsheets, and word processing software Highly organized, detail-oriented, approachable, and collaborative Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a nonprofit environment Background in risk management, benefits administration, or IT oversight Seniority level
