Vice President of Finance
to join their executive leadership team. As VP of Finance, you will serve as a key strategic partner to senior leadership, overseeing all aspects of financial planning, analysis, reporting, and operations. You’ll play a critical role in guiding business decisions, ensuring fiscal discipline, and positioning the organization for continued expansion. What You’ll Do Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting across the organization. Provide executive leadership with insights and analysis to drive strategic decision-making. Oversee accounting, treasury, revenue cycle management, and compliance functions. Partner with operations and clinical leadership to align financial and business objectives. Implement scalable processes, systems, and controls to support organizational growth. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. Represent the organization with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and partners. What We’re Looking For Proven track record (10+ years) in finance leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role. Strong background in healthcare finance (provider, hospital, or healthcare services preferred). Expertise in strategic financial planning, operations, and growth-oriented business models. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Exceptional communication skills and executive presence. CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred. Why Join?
