We are looking for someone passionate about paid app advertising, well-versed in mobile measurement, with a passion and interest in thought leadership who wants to join a fun digital agency who is a leader in performance and AI. The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to drive improvements in account performance, successfully build and lead client relationships, and train future app strategists. This role sits within the paid search department. It is a great opportunity for a person who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is looking to grow into a leadership role in a large organization as we grow this capability. If you are an in-platform expert managing Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and Meta app campaigns and have experience driving KPI improvements and developing cutting-edge strategies tailored to clients we want to hear from you! Responsibilities

Client & Revenue Oversight: Serve as the paid app lead for 2-4 MM clients, for which you will guide overall app account strategy, execute campaign builds, and implement optimizations inclusive of pacing, bid and budget changes, creative swaps, audience targeting etc. Have experience and comfort managing budgets over $3MM quarterly annually Lead client calls for app tactics weekly with additional meetings for Quarterly Business Reviews and Planning Make recommendations and optimizations for accounts utilizing MMP insights to improve performance toward clients’ goals Conduct app strategy audits and present findings to clients Assist in new business opportunities by providing audits, industry insights, and opportunities with ownership from our growth and media channel leads. Thought Leadership: Help manage agency vendor relationships with all of our dedicated core app networks and mobile measurement partners Work with leadership to help guide agency POV and strategy for navigating iOS 14 and future privacy changes Share app market research insights with the AS organization, utilizing app intelligence and agency partnerships In partnership with our internal creative team, develop best practices for app creative Opportunity to distribute thought leadership on app strategy through blog posts on the Media.Monks website and on our internal slack channels Build client-facing in-app analytics dashboards with technical support from our Analytics team About You

The essentials: At least 3 years of experience in acquisition marketing and/or paid performance media Experience leading iOS and Android app strategy across Meta (Facebook), Google App, ASA (Apple Search Ads), and app network buys, as well as executing in-platform Experience in a client-facing role Comfortable working in an agile environment Ability to handle multiple workstreams in tandem Proven track record of increasing in-app lifetime value for eCommerce and/or subscription clients, must have experience optimizing beyond just app acquisition (in-app events and user quality) Knowledge of MMPs, SDKs (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Kochava, Branch.io etc.) POV on iOS 14 and upcoming Android privacy changes and how we can navigate tracking with these changes is preferred Ability to guide tracking recommendations and in-app event taxonomy for clients Experience working with app intelligence and conducting app market research is a plus Experience in SA360 or Skai a plus Previous SEM experience a plus Managing app campaigns internationally a plus Benefits
