Our Commercial Lines team partners with businesses across a wide range of industries, offering expertise and trusted guidance in risk management and insurance placement. Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Commercial Lines team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Oversee workflows and service standards, stepping in as needed to support team members or complex accounts. Partner with Producers, Marketing, and the Executive Team to drive retention, growth, and departmental goals. Serve as an escalation point for clients and ensure top-quality service delivery. Implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency. Qualifications
7-10 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience, including leadership or supervisory roles. Active Property & Casualty license. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and markets. Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. High proficiency in agency management systems (EPIC, AMS360, or similar). This is not a remote position. All applicants must be authorized to work in and currently reside in the United States.
