Job Opportunity: MSP IT Director
We're looking for a seasoned MSP IT Director to be the heartbeat of this transformation. You'll be the senior-most technical leader onsite, guiding strategy, solving complex problems, and building trust with executive stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
Architecting the Future: Lead the design and implementation of modern infrastructure-from LAN/WAN networks and firewalls to Microsoft 365, Citrix, and virtual desktops. Running the Show: Day-to-day operations will be in your hands. You'll manage service tickets, mentor onsite techs, and ensure SLA compliance. Building Relationships That Matter: You'll sit at the table with the client's executive leadership, translating tech into strategy and vision. What Makes You Right for This Role
You've spent 10-15+ years in IT support, systems engineering, or field services-ideally in MSP or healthcare. You've led teams, mentored talent, and handled senior-level escalations with confidence. You're fluent in: Windows Server & Active Directory, Microsoft 365 & Azure, Networking (firewalls, VLANs, wireless), Endpoint management, VoIP, and Citrix, Security frameworks and infrastructure architecture You hold certifications like CCNA/CCNP, MCSE/Azure Admin, and maybe even PMP or ITIL. This is a fully onsite position in Lakewood, NJ.
