Administer/manage daily HR activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance, while providing support in employee relations. Manage recruitment and retention for hourly and salaried team members, ensuring fair hiring practices and completion of new-hire paperwork. Implement and maintain recognition programs and follow up with the Team Member Satisfaction Survey. Monitor and administer compensation/benefits for both hourly and salaried team members. Manage onboarding for new hires, conduct new-hire orientations, and complete new-hire paperwork. Track and maintain employee training requirements. Lead HR projects to improve processes. Required Skills and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience; SHRM-CP preferred. Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Two+ years of HR experience and 1 year HR management. Hospitality/service industry experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills, professional presence, and solid business focus with effective interpersonal skills. Bilingual preferred.
