Relate Search has partnered with a Green Bay, Wisconsin-based specialty products company currently undergoing strategic transformation and growth. They are seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join their executive leadership team and lead people and culture strategies that enable business growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this CHRO will be instrumental in driving engagement, leading culture change, and shaping the Associate experience across the organization’s facilities. This leader will oversee the HR team and external benefit partners, driving critical areas like change management, safety, talent acquisition, development, and retention.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, influencing organizational strategy through people and culture.
Lead company-wide change management initiatives with a focus on culture transformation and employee engagement.
Develop and lead a comprehensive hourly and salaried recruiting strategy that attracts and retains talent across all levels.
Partner with operations to embed a safety-first culture, while supporting compliance and engagement around workplace safety.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure competitiveness, equity, and alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including in unionized manufacturing or industrial environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
Executive-level expertise in employee/labor relations, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
Proven success leading cultural transformation and large-scale change management initiatives.
Strong communication, leadership, and strategic influencing skills with the ability to align people strategy with business objectives.
