About the Role
We are seeking a
hands-on Human Resource Generalist
with 1–3 years of experience to take ownership of a wide range of HR functions. In this role, you’ll act as a true HR partner for employees and managers — from recruitment to performance management, compliance, and culture building. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow into a well-rounded HR professional in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage job postings, sourcing, and initial candidate screenings Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates Lead onboarding processes, including orientation and documentation
Employee Relations & Performance
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and policy clarifications Support performance review cycles, feedback collection, and manager follow-ups Assist in resolving employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HRIS data Ensure payroll input accuracy and benefits administration Monitor compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
Culture & Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities and recognition initiatives Support internal communications and company-wide events Collect employee feedback and recommend improvements to HR programs
Qualifications
1-3 years of HR experience across multiple functions (recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll support) Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable handling day-to-day HR independently Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient with MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with ATS/HRIS preferred Equal Opportunity Employer
