About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a client in New York, NY, to help ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of administrative experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Experience in the AV (Audio-Visual) industry is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and team members, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and handling correspondence.
- Keep company records, files, and databases organized and up to date.
- Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and vendor communications.
- Support HR, finance, and operations with routine administrative duties.
- Professionally manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Perform other office support tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative capacity.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and keen attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- AV (Audio-Visual) industry experience is a plus.
