This position is located in the Division of Law Enforcement, Office of the Chief (OC).

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Excel spreadsheets to track items submitted to the OC staff. Reviewing incoming documents for completeness, legibility, and accuracy. Identifying errors, inconsistencies, and/or discrepancies for upper management review. Submitting documentation to designated Divisions for processing, as instructed.
  • Assisting OC staff with copying and scanning documents. Creating folders and filing documents. Maintaining electronic files.
  • Collecting incoming mail and packages, which may be delivered to multiple locations in the building twice daily, and distributing to staff. Preparing and sending certified mail as needed. Assisting with occasional high-volume mailings.
