Due to our Electronic Security group's ongoing expansion, we are in search of a National Account Executive to drive further business growth.
This sales role focuses on lead generation and building robust relationships. Operating remotely, you will set appointments and present our commercial electronic security products and services to national and large regional accounts. We offer a competitive base salary along with commissions on product sales and ongoing revenue from service packages. Essential Functions:
As a National Account Executive, you will need to embody a proactive approach to gaining new accounts while also building and nurturing strong relationships. Exceptional organizational, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are imperative.
Manage all aspects of assigned accounts and new opportunities, utilizing a CRM application to track sales activities and maintain relevant customer information.
Review and analyze account performance with existing customers to identify and tackle challenges.
Diagnose operational issues and collaborate with internal teams to find solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance opportunities within your current customer base.
Create a tailored sales strategy with the Director/AVP to uncover potential needs and address high-risk challenges.
Deliver impactful and differentiated sales presentations to potential customers.
Collaborate with Core Commercial Sales teams and Field Sales Engineers to conduct site surveys for local National Enterprise Account clients and prospects.
Build rapport with local customer contacts through collaboration with local representatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer needs, overseeing the customer relationship.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve issues related to invoices, service, access, monitoring, etc.
Lead and complete RFI and RFP requests, leveraging cross-functional resources within the organization.
Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in National Enterprise and Integrated Security Solutions.
Prior experience selling and delivering consultative service solutions.
At least 3 years of experience consistently meeting or exceeding high sales quotas in relevant accounts or markets.
Proven ability to network, generate leads, and develop relationships across various organizations to increase sales and market share.
Possess strong leadership skills and business acumen, including negotiation expertise and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to create and execute comprehensive service/account outsourcing strategies.
Able to travel up to 50% within your assigned territory.
Bachelor's degree preferred; a High School diploma or GED is required.
