We are seeking a
Global IT Director
to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation and technology leadership across our global operations (US, Brazil, India, Europe, China, and Southeast Asia). This executive will shape our IT strategy, lead large-scale ERP programs, strengthen cybersecurity, and advance Industry 4.0 adoption in a fast-paced, innovation-driven manufacturing environment. – hungry, humble, and smart – with a startup mindset and the ability to build high-performing teams while aligning IT with business strategy. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Transformation
– Develop and execute a multi-year IT and digital transformation roadmap, aligning global IT initiatives with business priorities. ERP & Applications
– Lead or oversee major ERP implementations and upgrades (Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.x, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S/4HANA). Industry 4.0 & Smart Manufacturing
– Champion IoT, predictive analytics, AI, and digital twin adoption to enhance shop-floor efficiency and innovation. Data & Analytics
– Establish a global data governance framework, enable real-time KPIs, and drive a culture of data-driven decision making. Cybersecurity & Risk Management
– Direct global security strategy aligned with frameworks such as NIST, TiSAX, and ISO 27001. Oversee compliance and business continuity programs. Global IT Operations
– Architect a scalable global IT operating model, oversee vendors/partners, and drive SLA-based performance. Financial & Investment Management
– Own IT budgets, business case development, and portfolio prioritization with a focus on ROI and innovation. People Leadership
– Build and develop a global IT team, promote diversity and inclusion, and lead talent strategy for technical and leadership succession. Sustainability & CSR
– Align IT to corporate sustainability goals, enabling energy monitoring, emissions tracking, and supply chain transparency. What We’re Looking For Education:
BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience:
10+ years leading IT organizations; 5+ years in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on ERP program experience (Oracle EBS/Fusion, SAP). Proven success in digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Strong global exposure – experience managing teams and projects across multiple continents. Solid background in IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance. Leadership Traits:
People-first leader, collaborative, strategic, and able to inspire diverse teams. Startup mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution. Other Requirements:
Ability to travel internationally (including developing regions). Comfort working on the shop floor at large manufacturing sites. Key Success Measures Reduction in downtime year-over-year Increase in adoption/utilization of IT systems Improved workforce proficiency in digital tools
