We're seeking an experienced
Clinical Director
to lead clinical operations at our Residential Treatment Center (RTC). In this role, you'll oversee program delivery, ensure compliance, and mentor a dedicated team all while maintaining the highest standards of patient-centered care. The Opportunity What You'll Do Provide strategic leadership across RTC clinical and program operations Supervise and mentor therapists, case managers, and other clinical staff Ensure compliance with AHCCCS, ASAM, and Arizona state regulations Design, implement, and evaluate innovative dual diagnosis treatment programs Build partnerships with community healthcare providers to strengthen integrated care Utilize Kipu EMR to monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement Qualifications What We're Looking For Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Active Arizona license: LPC, LCSW, LISAC, or BHP 3+ years of behavioral health leadership experience (dual diagnosis preferred) Strong knowledge of compliance, program design, and regulatory standards Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills Kipu EMR experience a plus Why Is This a Great Opportunity Mission-driven work with a tangible community impact Hybrid flexibility + supportive, collaborative culture Career growth opportunities + licensure support Sign-on bonus eligibility for select roles 50% employer-covered health benefits for eligible employees
