Overview Account Executive, LoopNet – Brooklyn, New York. CoStar Group is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. Position Overview As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top property owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to showcase and differentiate their portfolios online. Success comes from building long-lasting, service-focused client relationships, advising on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and highlighting return on investment using our proprietary analytics tools and reporting capabilities. You will prospect, study industry trends, and conduct effective product demonstrations to build your client portfolio. You will receive extensive classroom and field training to equip you with product and industry knowledge, and opportunities to develop digital marketing and sales skills with internal experts.

Note: This role is on-site at the CoStar Group office in NYC.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management – Use consultative sales methods to build client relationships, drive advertising revenue, and advise on strategic marketing plans.

Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales and close new business.

Teamwork – Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar colleagues to drive sales revenue.

Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising, CRE trends, and your market territory.

Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support, share market insights, and offer solutions to help clients achieve goals.

Travel – Build relationships through in-person meetings which may require local travel and travel outside the driving radius of the office.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management experience in B2B, selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech/PropTech/FinTech, financial services, or data & analytics.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering strong customer experience.

Current valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building long-term relationships with senior/C-suite clients.

Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.

Regular access to an operational vehicle prior to or by start date; ability to adapt in a high-growth environment.

Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
