Bilingual Technical BD & Sales Professional
to join our team! Responsibilities: Implement short- and long-range plans to maximize market potential and sales volume at both existing and new accounts. Identify potential new customers within the defined OEM market segment and region, qualify and develop them as necessary. Pro-actively engage with existing customers to maximize Sales and organic Sales growth. Lead new development projects by pro-active contact with the prospect or customer, and VPG R&D, Engineering, QA and other associated parties. Negotiate contracts and establish firm and profitable customer relationships. Analyze and report key sales and project management data and forecast future expectations for the region. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business / Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical / Electronics / Electromechanical). Bilingual in
Spanish / English . 10+ years of experience in sales and business development of Industrial Automation products /Sensors to OEMs. Significant experience in sales of technical products. Strong business/finance background and experience. Knowledge of commercial transactional process involved with sales. Previous experience negotiating multi-year contracts with large, global OEMs. Excellent communication and presentation skill.
