As a Digital Experience Strategist and Program Manager, you will craft the next generation of online shopping experiences, particularly within the company’s fastest-growing mobile platform. You will translate insights into actionable strategies and help define features that delight customers and redefine digital interaction. Hybrid role in Austin, TX, or Cupertino, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday). What you’ll do

Lead the development of end-to-end digital customer experience strategies for critical online shopping channels. Translate customer insights and market trends into business requirements for new application features and experiences. Craft compelling narratives through presentations for executive audiences. Conduct audits of current customer behavior and experiences to identify opportunities. Analyze application trends from quantitative and qualitative data to form narratives for leadership. Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy for the mobile application. Perform external industry benchmarking to identify inspiration and opportunities. Represent the business and customer experience perspective on capital projects, defining strategic direction for new features. Create strategic briefs and presentations documenting priorities, opportunities, and performance. Regularly measure and report on program performance, including financial business cases. Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Product, Marketing, Merchandising, etc.) to ensure delivery of application-centric projects. Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications 4+ years of experience in strategy or customer experience. Ability to create end-to-end digital customer experience strategies leveraging insights and trends. Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executives. Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical abilities. Deep knowledge of global retail or e-commerce B2C, ideally in technology. Proven analytical and reporting skills with data visualizations. Experience with senior executives and translating analysis into strategic decisions. Problem-solver mindset, adaptable, decisive with limited information. Proactive with bias for action and resourcefulness. Collaborative, able to influence cross-functional and global partners without direct authority. Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity. Commitment to inclusivity and diversity. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Proven track record in gifting, strategy consulting, and/or gifting experience. Experience with analytics tools, data visualization, and advanced spreadsheets.
