Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $75,000, plus bonus and equity Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible work schedules with remote work options available Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance Robust time-off plan, including 21 days of PTO in the first year and 12 weeks of paid parental leave Supportive and collaborative work environment focused on public health What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Maintain governance of overall HubSpot processes across marketing and collaborate with teams to optimize system infrastructure Provide technical support and guidance for HubSpot users in building advanced workflows Oversee lifecycle marketing, ensuring seamless integration between HubSpot and Salesforce Support campaign execution, including event campaign setup and data synchronization between platforms Identify opportunities for workflow optimizations and automations while documenting best practices for newly implemented tools What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Required experience managing HubSpot marketing automation platform (2+ years) 5+ years of combined experience in project lead, affinity marketing, marketing operations, digital marketing, demand generation, B2B marketing, or marketing analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills for supporting cross-functional collaboration Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaigns How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Strong project lead skills, with PMI and/or SCRUM certification a plus Proficiency in other platforms such as Monday.com and email marketing tools Experience in implementing and onboarding new tools and technologies Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions Familiarity with B2B marketing principles and client engagement best practices We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
